Animation flare, animated effect

Open the picture where you want to add this effect.

I used this picture ...

Select the portion on which you want to use the effect, and copy it onto a new layer;

Create a new layer above all and add a gradient;

fill so that it looks like a black-and-white beam

Move the gradient layer

Press CTRL + F to CS, Ctrl + Alt + G for other versions and set the blending mode overlay.

Now you can go to Image-ready (shift + ctrl + m)

Duplicate the first frame ...

Move the layer that is in the picture on the left, and move to where the image is the second image

Click on the tween-button and set these options ...

And look what you got, unless of course all you have left is correct
