Pimples Creation

Open the image with the face.

Now set ForeGround color as mine (light brown).

Select the Brush tool. Apply the brush settings, as shown in the figure.

Create a new layer and click once on any site.

Double-click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown in the figure.

Now we have a zit on your face.

Similarly, you can duplicate the layer

Duplicate again and again, and we get the following result:
