Create a new image size 800x800 pixels. Better to take a greater scale than required by the plan, so the result looked better. Later, you will be able to reduce it to the size you want.
- Create a new layer
- Choose the selection tool and clicking on the Shift, create a circle the more the better (do not remove selection)
- Fill the selection with black
- Apply the clouds filter Filter> Render> Difference Clouds
- Press CTRL + F to reapply the filter until you are satisfied with the result (prim.perevodchika. I had to increase the contrast of the clouds to get the desired image Image> Adjustments> Brightness / Contrast)
- Go to Image> Adjustments> Levels
- Move the center and right sliders to the left so that it turned out as below:
-Apply the filter Filter> Sharpen> Unsharp Mask:
Amount: 500%
Radius: 3.0
Threshold: 15
- Filter Filter> Distort> Spherize:
Amount: 100%
again Filter> Distort> Spherize, but this time
Amount: 50%
- Go to Image> Adjustments> Color Balance
Shadows: +100 | 0 | -100
Midtones: +100 | 0 | -100
Highlights: +70 | 0 | -15
(alternatively, you can use Image> Adjustments> Hue & Saturation in order to paint your sweetheart.)
- Filter Filter> Sharpen> Unsharp Mask
Amount: 300%
Radius: 3
Threshold: 15
deselect CTRL + D
That's what finally happened to me. I have added the stars, shadows and outer glow:
