1.Create new document 1000x1000

2. reset colors D

3. Filter> Clouds

4. Copy the layer (Ctrl + J)

5. Filter> Chrome. Exhibiting at the layer mode Overlay

6. Merge the layers (Ctrl + E)

7. Filter> Wind. Rotate the canvas 90 degrees clockwise. Repeat this sequence four times

8. Copy the layer (Ctrl + J). Set the Blend Mode Multiply. Repeat 3 times

9. Merge the layers (Ctrl + E)

10. A new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N). Overlay blending mode

11. Select the gradient tool (G).
Options:
Type - Noise.
Roughness - 30%.
Click Randomize is not like the color. Lifestyle gradient desired. I used the first (linear). We provide a gradient from the top left to bottom right, or as you wish ...
