Lesson#82-Fiery blast wallpaper background

1. Create a new document with a white background . Size - at your discretion.

2 . Then grab tool  and choose from the menu at the top of Pattern:



applying this pattern , we get :


3 . Next apply : Filter-> Distort-> Polar Coordinates:
Method : Rectangular to Polar.

Next : Filter-Blur-Radial blur with parameters:
amount = 100
Blur Method: Zoom,
Quality: Good
Ctrl + F - Press 4 times to repeat the application of the filter

4 . Then go to : Filter-> Artistic-> Plastic Wrap and set
Highlight Strength: 20
Detail: 15
Smoothness: 15
If the size of your image is small, the lower the settings above in its sole discretion
Ctrl + F - repeat the application of the filter

Now, we get :



Next : Filter-> Sharpen-> Unsharp Mask
Amount: 500%
Radius: 250,
Threshold Levels: 180

5 . Next, go to Filter-> Distort-> Polar Coordinates
and set : Polar to Rectangular



Next, rotate the image clockwise
Edit-Transform-> Rotate 90CW
Then go to : Filter-> Stylize-> Wind.
Method: Wind,
Direction: From the right
CTRL + F - repeat application of the filter



Rotate the image clockwise
Edit-Transform-> Rotate 90CCW

then apply :
Filter-> Distort-> Polar Coordinates
Method : Rectangular to Polar

further : Filter-> Blur-> Radial Blur
Amount: 50 ,
Blur Method: Zoom,
Quality: Good

6. Then go to Select-> Color Range
in the window that opens, drag the slider to the right and put it :
Fuzziness = 150
" pipette " choose a white color in the center of the image - in this way we obtain the release of

SELECT-> Feather, and set the radius of 10px
