1. Create a new document. (Mine was 640 x 480 pixels)
2. Filter> Render> Clouds
3. Filter> Render> Difference Clouds (double click CTRL + F to repeat the last effect)
4. 4 Lens Flare will post the document uniformly shaped diamond, as shown in the figure:
5. Filter> Pixelate> Fragment
6. Filter> Distort> Wave. We click Randomize a few times to get some of the results:
7. Filter> Distort> ZigZag (Amount: 56 | Ridges: 10)
8. Duplicate the layer. (Layer> Duplicate Layer)
9. Filter> Artistic> Plastic Wrap
(Highlight Strength: 7 | Detail: 11 | Smoothness: 15)
10. Change the blending mode (Blending Mode) of the upper layer to Color Dodge and set the Opacity (Opacity) by 80% and fill (Fill) by 70%:
11. Now add a little color to our image. We go to Image> Adjustments> Hue / Saturation. Mark the check Colorize.
To use the Fiery color these settings:
Hue: 36
Saturation: 80
Lightness: 0
For the electric-blue color using the following settings:
Hue: 205
Saturation: 100
Lightness: 0
For yellowish green color setting used:
Hue: 130
Saturation: 75
Lightness: 0
Feel free to experiment with the settings of Hue and Saturation, Jatoba get the color you want. Make it original.
The upper layer, apply Filter> Liquify. Next, do something like this:
Options:
Brush Size - "30 - 100" (I used a lot of different sizes)
Brush Density - 100
Brush Pressure - 100
The liquefaction, use a circular motion to get the result as I have. In the end, you should have something resembling this:
