1) Create a new document sized 1024px * 768px


2) Set the foreground color to # b0b19b and background color # 8f9078, then create a radial gradient from the center of the document to one of the corners.



3) apply a texture on top of the background of old paper




4) Next, add noise to the texture. We do it this way: Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise (Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise). Then do as the picture


5) Now we write the text color and size # 5d5f42 100px




6) Apply the style to the text:
