Lesson#83-Page curl effect

This tutorial will teach you how to achieve the effect of the folded sheet page through several light shagov.V This tutorial uses the transformation of the Warp, which is available in versions CS2, SS3, CS4.

Let's open our picture.



The first thing we will do is open our background layer. To do this, double-click the "lock" in the Layers panel.



We select the Rectangular Marquee Tool

and select a rectangular area in the corner that you want to apply the effect. (in the screenshot - a dedicated box)



Now select the gradient tool and choose black and white gradient. Spend guide gradient from the top right corner to the lower left.


Select-> Deselect or (Ctr + D)
Edit-> Transform-> Warp
Drag the slider to the bottom left of transformation by the middle of the rectangle, as shown below:

Apply the layer style:
