In this tutorial we will have a good time when you create a mini car. It's pretty simple and just requires some ability to use layer masks. If you can not use a layer mask then use a rubber band .
Here is the final result:
Step 1

Let's cut off the picture , remove the top and bottom , leaving the car . Duplicate the layer with the car. Name this layer "Mini car". Now we need to transform the layer "Mini car" with the Free Transform (Ctrl + T). Take the right side and down the picture by moving to the left, about two- thirds.
Step 3
Remove the layer of "Mini car". Now back to the background layer and using the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) will begin to allocate the back of the car, then copy it , and place a layer on top of "Mini Car".
With all the visible layers should look like this:

Now hide the layer background. Select the layer of the car , set the opacity to 70 %. Position the wheel well to the rear wheel arch was almost in the same spot .

Then set the opacity to 100 % and create a layer mask (click on the rectangle with a circle in the bottom of the Layers window ) Use the brush 35px hardness of 0% and pick black color , begin to clean up the area that are not needed . We want to keep the wheel and the wheel arch panel . Using a brush 17px for small parts .
Now it should look like this :
Step 6
Now we repeat the process for the last front of the car . Hide all layers except the background and use the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) create a selection around the front wheels. Copy the selection and put a layer above the "Mini Car" with opacity 70 %.
Now, guided by the front bumper transfer wheel. It should look something like this:

Set the opacity to 100 % and create a mask for this layer. Use the same brush and remove unnecessary areas . It should look like this:
Step 8
Now we want to recreate the air outlet . Hide all layers except the background and select the part of the air outlet, copy it and put above the bed "Mini Car". Reduce the opacity to 70 % and set the air outlet that would rear tire combined .
Step 9
We just keep repeating the process . Create a layer mask and erase unnecessary areas .
Step 10
Create a new layer and name it as "Door gap". Now use the Eyedropper Tool (I) that would choose the color that is between the door near the mirror . Now take a 1px brush hardness to 0% and clicks dorisovyvayut line door.
